TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY

TQM is crucial for cost-effective, high-quality healthcare in healthcare. This study investigates
healthcare TQM in Telangana, India. The study explores the relationship between TQM
practises and service quality in Indian hospitals, TQM application in the healthcare business,
its impact on hospital efficiency, impediments to TQM adoption, and approaches to improve
healthcare quality management. The research uses both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Hospital staff surveys and healthcare professional interviews are addressed to collect data. The
study has also used Cronbach's Alpha test for the evaluation of data. The research has revealed
how TQM practises affect healthcare service quality, patient happiness, and operational
efficiency. The study also seeks to identify hospital TQM implementation issues and make
quality management recommendations. This study will add to TQM in healthcare knowledge,
particularly in India, and help healthcare organisations, governments, and other stakeholders
improve healthcare quality. Healthcare providers may enhance service and satisfy patients'
changing requirements by understanding TQM and its ramifications.
